Brandon Blum has been promoted to Senior Associate at Hancock/Dana. He began his journey with the firm in 2022 as an intern while pursuing his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting at Midland University. Since joining, Brandon has developed strong technical knowledge in preparing tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and S-corporations. In addition to his tax work, he has contributed to the firm’s System and Organization Controls (SOC) attestation services and serves on the firm’s tax training committee.
Adam Parette has been promoted to Senior Associate at Hancock/Dana. Since joining the firm in 2022 as an intern, Adam has gained experience in the audit department performing compilation, review, and audit engagements, along with preparing individual and business tax returns. Parette has also been a part of the firm’s new Core Value Initiative. He holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
Tilden Bardsley has been promoted to Supervisory Senior at Hancock/Dana. Tilden joined the firm in 2023 as an experienced professional and works closely with individuals, S-corporations, and partnerships, offering strategic tax planning, return preparation, and practical guidance on any issue. Beyond client service, Tilden has been involved in our Core Value Initiative, a coach to emerging professionals, and a liaison to the Entrepreneurs Organization, helping bridge our firm’s expertise with the broader business community. Tilden is a graduate of Nebraska Wesleyan University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Conner Hardy has been promoted to Supervisory Senior at Hancock/Dana. Hardy joined the firm in 2019 and has developed a strong background in tax preparation and review. He has expertise in handling individual, partnership, and S-corporation tax returns. His keen attention to detail, technical proficiency, and dedication to excellence have made him an invaluable asset to the team. In his new role, Conner will continue to prepare complex tax returns while taking on additional responsibilities in reviewing team members’ work, providing guidance, and assisting with training and development. His leadership and collaborative approach ensure accuracy, efficiency, and outstanding client service.
Amy Reynolds has been promoted to Supervisory Senior at Hancock/Dana. Since joining the firm in 2021, Amy has leveraged her diverse background in accounting and compliance roles across public accounting, private, and not-for-profit sectors to deliver exceptional service to our clients in individual and business tax returns, as well as accounting and tax planning. She holds CPA licenses in Illinois and Nebraska and is a graduate of Northwestern University.
